sound card recomendations?

I'm wondering if any one can recommend a good soundcard with 1/4" inputs/outs, midi ins/outs, and rca in/outs? I'll be using it mostly for importing my own samples into ACID 2.0...
 
I've been very happy with my Echo Layla. Although it doesn't have the RCA ports like you mentioned, it does have 8 1/4" in's, 10 1/4" out's, S/PDIF in/out and MIDI in/out/Thru. It functions as my sound input to my pc as well as my midi interface. I also like that the break out box portion of the unit is in the form of a single rack-space unit with two of the 8 inputs on the front panel. It's worked great for me so far using it with Cubase VST 3.7.
