Sound card question

Hello all!

I am looking at a system that comes equipped with
a "Turtle Beach Santa Cruz DSP Sound Card". Is this card worth a flip? I am not familiar with many sound cards period so, its no wonder that I haven't heard of this one
at all. Any info is appreciated.
 
Yeah that's a pretty good one, you could do a lot worse.
