Sound Card Just for Playback

Right now I'm using an MR-8 for recording. I dump the files to a PC and use N-Track to edit.

I just got a pair of decent monitors, and I think now would be a good time to upgrade the no-name soundcard, as it just has the little phone out.

Recommendtions? The only one I see out there that might suit my needs is the M Audio Audiophile 2496 PCI Digital Audio Card...any other suggestions? I just need it for playback, not for input. The new monitors have both rca and 1/4" plugs.

Excellent card...
I used one for a year or so and it was flawless.
2 analog in-out and spdif in-out for good transfers.

If you want something a little better with minimum I/O look at the RME series and Lynx Studio.
