Sound Card Debate

Ok i'm gonna build a computer from scratch and i've already decided on what i'm getting

athlonxp 1800
asus mb(i forget the model)
512 ram
80 gb 7200rpm maxtor hd
cd writer
blah blah

so.....the sound card......

i've narrowed it down to 2

the Delta 1010 OR
ST Audio C-Port DSP2000

the C-port is 450 at musiciansfriend.com
the Delta is around 500 on ebay sometimes less

WHAT SHOULD I GET?!?!
