It is most likely the DBX/Orban 242.

Regarded as one of these bang-for-buck classics ....if you can get one at a good deal ...which this seems to be.

The other popular Orban EQ units don not have the DBX association so I am fairly certain the 242 is the unit refereced. I have an Orban 622b and its downright surgical and clean sounding ..... doesnt get as much use as it could but its a good unit also.
