I build cabinetry and custom furniture for my real job so of course I had to build my own custom desk to put my gear and computer on. Up until know Ive had only table top stuff, but sooner or later I know i'll have to get some rackmounted gear, and ive never seen a unit that I like, I can't see just setting one of those metal boxes on furniture I spent so long working on to look good. my problem is I'm not sure how to hold the rackmounted pieces in,is there some kind of rails that I can by to use for mounting the pieces into my own furniture? am I explaining myself well enough? thanks.
