A rookie mistake on enthusiasm as my disassembly, clean-up, adjustment and lube enthusiasm went a little too far to merely replace a broken belt. I removed the recording head assembl + and made some adjustments for the shut-off mechanism on, on both the shut-off lever holding plate assy and on the lower adjusting screw, because I was having some problems with the cam locking up. Well come reassembly time and I have a couple of extra springs. They can only go in the cam assembly, but the schematic is so disjointed (from my perspective) I am not sure where these remaining springs attach. Anyone have a picture with the shut-off lever holding plate off. Or any reassembly advice would be appreciated.
