sonic maximizers ?

HA! :laughings: I should just set them all up and run a continuous signal through them all just to see what it sounds like. :D

I hate to tell you this but there are many hit records with the sonic maximizer on it. Hell, it is even on Abbey Road's equipment list!
 
Think I'll sell all of mine to the highest amount of Benjamins.

Anyone?
 
The stupidest piece of shit to ever get put into any guitar players rig.

That said, I would be lying if I didn't flip it on every once and while on the BBE bass preamp I have (there is an integrated true bypassable sonic max on board). I certainly don't go overboard with it though, and usually flip it on if I can't get it dialed in right for the song using all other eq controls.
