Sonar 2.2 XL

Anyone have a a electric guitar recorded on Sonar. And used the tools in Sonar for Drums, and Bass background.

And also used Aardvark Q10 for hardware.

I want to hear a sample.

Come on someone must have a recording that I can listen to. Don't be shy.

Why don't you try the MP3 forum? Or seach on this site for NWR or Nowhereradio, to see some of our members work links;) Follow em, and listen, real good.

Is this some part of an "in depth research" on your part for software and hardware?;) :)

If so, I will let you in to a secret...you can't tell what soundcard/interface folk use by listening to it;) Or sequencing software.:eek:

I like the songs.

So, you used Sonar 2.2 XL, and used Sonar tools for bass and drums?

Well, it's not actually guitar :) but I let Sonar did the drums and bass...

Song number 1, 2, and 3. I don't use Sonar "tools" like Slicy Drums, MIDI effect etc. but sequencing. Record the MIDI using my keyboard, and edit manualy in PRV*. The sound patch of various soundfonts, and external MIDI module.

PRV = Piano Roll View.

Thanks! :)

It's basically me on el.guitar, el.bass, keyboards (soundfonts and synths) and vox (if any). Drums is taken care of with DR-008 (from the XL version) with the Drumkit From Hell or just soundfonts (like GoldDrums and Blue Jay Drums). Of course all mixed togheter with the use of a good soundcard, mixer, controller keyboards and other recording equipment.
