Sonar wav thru a 788 to Adat?

here`s the question. If I were get a 2track mix of a tune that was taken from adat to a 788 and then burned to cd, I can import the file into Sonar and arrange other parts to the tune.
If I export the new wav files to a cd and send them to someone could they import them into a 788 and then on to an adat into a session? and is there anything special I`d have to do in Sonar to the wav files to make them user friendly for drafting into the adat?
1st generation blackface 16 bit adats.

we`ll just try it anyway Dyson, if ya want... if you could import to the 788 from the adats, just burn the tracks as wav files with a header of 1 measure at the beginning so I can line em up here when I import to Sonar. I`ll do my stuff and burn the same way on cd back to you. You can import the tracks to the 788 individually and then export to the Adats. hehehe, either it`ll work or it won`t. I dont think there`s much in between.

Like I say I think I have a local guy who can fix any thing I mess up , digitally anyway.
