Anyone know why I can't view the tutorials in sonar? When I go to tutorials I have 1,4,5 and 8. When I play the first one I hear Ivan, or I think it's Ivan but no tutorial like open and play a project, ect. ect.

The files are project files to be used while going through the tutorials, which are in the book and help system. You follow the steps and use those files as your examples.

ya but do you have tutorials 1-8 or do you have 1,4,5,8? With only a song by Ivan? I think that's his name.

Anyone awake yet? Am I missing something on these tutorials? I thought with the other cakewalk programs, in the tutorials this girl talked to you and showed you how every thing works. Like you just sit back and watch a movie type thing.

They didn't make those screen "movies" for SONAR.
I also just have files labeled 1, 4, 5, and 8. Meanwhile, the tutorials themselves are labeled 1-5. It's confusing, but each tutorial tells you which file to use; nothing's missing, they just didi not take any special care to match the sample filenames to the tutorial numbers.

Ya Alchuck, I kinda realized that now, but thanks for confirming this. I'm a little disapointed in it though, I never liked reading to much. The old way I could just watch the vidio and be off and playin'. Such is life, guess I'll deal with it.
