Hey all,
Cubase SX is looking pretty enticing to me and I've read a lot of good things about the features, performance, functionality, the sound engine - and the list goes on. I don't own Cubase yet but am considering a purchase.
One feature in Sonar that's been useful is the track bounce. You can get a midi track used for a VST plugin to bounce to an audio track. Then you can process that audio track. What does Cubase SX 2 have that would be similar? I know there is a freeze function, but am not sure totally how this functions or if it would apply to this purpose of use. I haven't read/seen anything that would indicate a track bouncing feature (unless I totally missed it somehow). This would be an important feature for me.
If anyone has an idea about this, I'd love to hear it. Don't know if this would be appropriate in the Cakewalk forum - don't want to crosspost.
