I have been using Sonar 2.0 XL for about a year or so now. All I do is record from my guitars. I would like to use midi some day if I can understand how to use it. But that isn't the question.
My buddy is going to be doing the same thing with his computer, audio and no midi. He asked me what software he should use, so I checked out cakewalk's website to see their line of products. Since he won't be doing midi stuff, should he use Home Studio instead, and save some cash?
