Sonar Manual Download?

Hi!
I recently got Sonar, but it came without a manual...I can't find a place to download it from in .pdf or whatever...Is there such a link out there somewhere?

Or am I expecting there to be a manual, and there actually isn't one? I hardly ever get one anymore with software....a shame!

If you bought it, you should have a manual... contact Cakewalk. (They never put PDFs of their user manuals up on the web).

In the meantime, the help system is very much like the manual...
 
where'd you get it?

If you got it from a store or from Cake direct, it came with a manual. Its a nice one, over an inch thick. Cakewalk is one of those companies that's good that way.

If you got somewhere else, ask them waht they did with the manual. They ripped you off.

Yeah, I bought it secondhand through an ad on a music store bulletin board-he doesn't know what happened to the manual. Had it for something like 2 months and lost it!?! Hard for me to imagine, but there it is...I was thinking it might have been just a slim "Getting Started!" kind of booklet when he mentioned misplacing it...Good to hear the Soanr book is decent.
Oh well--if anyone ever finds a loose one, let me know!

I've got Guitar Studio 2 and Pro Audio 9, and the Garrigus book and so far the training I've had with them has helped a bunch. Not too much of a difference, as far as basic functionality. I'll muddle through!

do a search on this web site, somebody put up a link to a pdf of the manual but i cant remeber where it was.
 
That's a drag...

If you call cake, maybe they'll send you one. The manual is basically duplicated in the help file. And Garrigus is coming out with a SONAR book.
