Sonar 6 OEM for $69?

Theres no such thing as Sonar OEM versions. We actually talked about something like that with Cakewalk a couple years ago, but ultimately decided against it. Also, no one sells Sonar6 as Sonar7 is the official version from Cakewalk and has been for a year now. If you're going to use illegal software please don't be dumb enough to pay for it. If you want to stay legit, try out Cakewalk Home StudioXL. It will get you into alot of the features of Sonar.
