Sonar 2 and Quattro

Can anyone instruct me on how to get 4inputs into sonar from the quattro? the only input options i get are left right and stereo. thanks

For recording, right ? Well, I think you need to configure it somewhere to match the propher setting. Please reffer to Recording Configurations in...

thanks for the reply. however, i did configure the quattro in it's control panel for 4in/2out, but in sonar it only lets me select from 1in/1out, which allows for either the left, right, or stereo as input. it's hard to explain.

After you've done reconfiguring the Quatro, be sure to run the Waveprofiler under Options -> Audio...

are you using the Quattro's ASIO drivers in Sonar?

That's the only way to get 4x4 or 4x2 to work.

how exactly can i enable them(use them)? i've been trying to find a way, but they aren't listed as options in sonar anywhere. only the wdm driver is listed.

First of all you need to update Sonar to version 2.2. Then you can go to Options -> Audio -> Advanced and choose ASIO-drivers.
