It's sounding very good. I think the mix is too sparse in the beginning, and could use some more instrumental punch. By the end of the song that observation is (almost) completely forgotten. It cooks...!

Hey, this is a good song. Enjoyed listening. Performance is great, including vocals, so don't sell yourself short. The key change seems to fit you better.
I think you've got some good help on the mix, so I can't add anything there. Except the bass sounds much better.

Now I AM happy with this vocal!
I used an SM 57 to see if I could get rid of 'junk'. It's mixed, with added Brian May guitar, Kerzweil 'fair breath' faux technovox, harmonies. I got the shaker and hh on opposite sides...that's what you were getting at , Ciro?
Pardon the EQ on the 1st master....I discovered that, after having fits tweaking the master my satisfaction, and committing to a file, that my 4-year-old grand-daughter...who plays under my desk while I 'work'....had boosted the trebs full up on my monitor preamp sometime today. I think I'll hot wire the knobs. What a pest! [man, I love her]
Anyway, I like where it's at....I tried mixing the three May guitars and three harmonies in clusters on either side of center. I heard that on a radio pop mix...I think it's maybe kewel?
Shawn, I saw that export function on the platform...but it wasn't highlighted...I'll figure it out tomorrow....15 hours of doing this stuff today...I'm beat.
Oh yeah...reflections: all I got are, sort-of , bass traps...my room dimentions are the motherlode for pinging badness. But I know a bass player in the Navy Band...Uncle Sam just refurbed the theater on the base, and ripped out a couple tons of Auralex panels to replace them with Auralex panels.... with no wear on 'em: your tax dollars at work. :^) Anyway, he says he'll get me all he can fit into his pickup for me...FREE!!! I'll checkerboard the plaster walls, and kill some of that crap, I think...and I can pay my oil bill too!

Changed the bass drum. Big verb on the snare on the bridge. Killed the pop on the snare, as suggested,. Yup.
