Someone explain this please???

Well, it looks like an illegal, cracked copy, as it comes without a dongle, box or manual. This seller also has a -1 feedback rating.
 
I can't explain it but I know I wouldn't buy it. I also don't think Steinberg would support it. I also think if it doesn't come with a dongle then it must be a crack.
 
I was actually going to report that to eBay and I couldn't find out how?
 
It loooks like it comes with a dongle. It mentions the usb dongle in the description and requirements. My guess is that it's used and the guy who bought it thought that it would make him a recording engineer.
 
I take that back. He doesn't mention the dongle. Yup looks cracked. The guys seller rating is -1...Hmmmm? Can't be good.
