I listened to snd_track - Really cool intro with the strings and piano - you could play more of that intro stuff and I would enjoy it. Cool effect on the "voice". Nice snappy drums. Lots of cool keyboards happening throughout main part, again the strings and piano go well together. Nice sax in there - adds another bit of colour to the mix. Excellent keyboard playing throughout... Sounds like you put a lot of work in on this tune and it turned out well.....Very Cool!

Thanks ido1957. I am so happy that you like it. You are absollutly right! It took me a half a year to record it. Another thing that I worked on 3 pieces at the same time and I could devote just the nights to my music. All in all, it was worth to work hard just to see such a good opionion.

PS I listened to your music and I like the drums a lot, the guitar is cool but a bit noisy and the vocal is also very nice. I am a fan of BadReligion and love such a rock music!

I will send my rock stuff I recorded with a friend soon. I hope you will like it.

Good day

I listened to the first track.

Excellent sound quality. Is it all electronic, are there any live instruments in there? The sax certainly sounds real. The drums are excellent, keys are excellent, sax sounds great. Sound effects are solid. I like it, sounds great.

i agree.. excellent quality throughout... what are you recording through?? or what program/hardware are you using for the instrument sounds? (if they arent live) especially the piano.. ive been trying to get that sound out of FL keys, and its just not happenin' lol

I listened to all three. Good stuff! I'll venture to say that we have some common musical tastes.. However, I am humbled by the effort you put forth. It's hard to hear something over and over and still have faith to release it... Keep it up!

Hi Guys,

WOW, I didn't imagine I could get so good credit.
First I must say my "big thanks" for all your good words. You all look like my first fans :] so cool! :)

Even though I've been recording music for a while, seldom have I shared it with others. It was never good enough in my opinion. This time I took a risk and upload my latest ones and put the links into Clinic.

I doubt you want to hear about me and my recordings. I just answer your questions about the instruments and hardware I use.

My daws have cosisted of AMD processors for nearly 10 years. I've been using one or two Intel processors meanwhile but switched again to AMD.
What also I've been using for at about 7 years is an aardvark direct pro card which I love. Even though so many people hate it and all problems it may bring, I like it very much for its sound quality (AD/DA converters), phantom power and very good drivers. They are said to be terrible but it looks a bit more complicated. They are maybe not perfect but they work really stable if the daw is configured in a right way. I used to have via motherboards which are said no to work with aardvark cards and they went toghether very well neveretheless. The right cofniguration of the software gives very good performance at almost every hardware. ok enough, you don't want to listen to this! :] so many topics out there about this subject.
I don't have any monitors yet :/ I use a samsung PC speakers for 80$. That's why I don't even know wheater it sounds anyhow and that's why I am so confused to hear so good credit. :]

I also use Cubase SX 3 as my host application with some vst plugs of waves, TC, Izotope, etc. and some vst instruments.
As for the piano sounds, sometimes I use the oroginal sound of my yamaha P-90 (the only key instrument I have) and some times I use the Grand 2 which is good enough for most pieces.

The sax sounds were recorded by my friend through AKG C-3000 condenser mic.
If you have any other questions, don't bother to ask.

PS I've just uploaded the latest piece, a rock one, recorded a year ago with my friend (guitars). I've just mixed and mastered it. I hope you will like it.

Craziness after and more

Hi guys,

It's been a while since I shared last tunes here .. like 7 years or so :/

I created a profile on soundcloud where I uploaded some new tunes I happened to create on the way - https://soundcloud.com/ambientunes

I just upploaded "craziness after" as a final version of the previous beta mix. I wish it had a sexy vocal track but I don't know anyone I could cooperate with on this so .. if anyone is eager to add some vocals on my last trance tunes I would be very happy .. let me know if you have any ideas :)

The last tune:

IG,
try to edit the 1st post to put the link in there - I tried all three links & they all went to a tomato!!
Then I read the dat & dropped to the bottom. Maybe just start a new thread .
Cool stuff. You keyboard piano work is always lovely. There may be a little too much reverb in places.
I'd enjoy this a little mre if the drums were set up in the stereo image panned more like a drum kit.
Great to hear you making music again!

Thanks Ray. Your feedback higly appreciated as usual :)

I will make a new thread. Could you please comment the parts on soundcloud where the drums should be changed and where there is too much reverb .. I am a little out of practice as for the mastering stuff :/
