what would be good software that allows Surround sound editing

would it work with a Lexicon Omega usb Interface

Steinberg Nuendo is great for Surround sound editing .

I use Adobe Audition,
I saw a feature in the menues that took me to something that looks like surround. I'm not into sorround so I didn't try to use it.
