Software questies? LOGIC?

What exactly does Logic platinum do...?
I can't figure it out, is it just for mastering and doing the final work? Does it work as a sampler, looper, etc for drums and actually constructing beats like rebirth or reason would...?

This is off topic, but there is no logic forum!!!
Does anyone hear use Logic???

I use Logic Audio. Logic is a sequencer/digital audio recorder. It's in the same product class as Cubase, Cakewalk, Digital Performer, N-track, etc....

It will record MIDI data plus audio and can process the Audio (reverb, EQ, compression, etc). It can be used for what you want to use it for. But it's most likely use is to record and mix your project.

someone was actually telling me different when i was conversing last night... they said that it works to do everything, from constructing drums to loops and putting vocals over-top.
I actually think that your more correct, but this guy was a master logic user so a little different in veiw points, it's probably easier to do other things in other programs I guess. one...
