I have been disappointed that GigaSampler is not Win2000 compatable. As I do not intend to use any (non-audio) hardware sounds, I'm in the search for additional SoftSynth. I do have the SB Live SoundFont capability [SBL mostly disabled, used with a 1010 ]. Can anybody out there take the time to give us an abc rundown of what is available in SoftSynth? For me, I'll just be interested in standard jazz rythm sounds: piano, bass, drums, guitar. This is just play for me in my old age but I'd like to do it well. TIA
