Hi guys,
Like I told in the mixing forum a few days ago: I got the chance to interview John Mayall by phone!! He phoned me today for the interview: great experience.
He seemed to be a extremely friendly guy, and he sounded so full of energy, and not like some old blues guy. I was really nervous before the interview, and also during the interview I still was a litlle nervous interviewing such a big blues star that made some mistakes in my English
.
Well I hoped he enjoyed the interview as well. It should have cost him though: he phoned from an American airport to Belgium with his mobile
. When I finished with all my questions, after about 20 minutes, I thanked him many times for the interview and after saying goodbye I hang up. I realized afterwards that I still could have kept going asking questions, because he didn't sound as if he was in a hurry, but I just was too shaken up to do that
.
Another nice experience in my live I gues
greets
Brett
