I'm not sure what you're aiming for here, but I'll offer a few thoughts. It sounds to me like part of a song that needs to be finished. It's interesting as far as it goes. I like the bass sound and the groove. The vocal is engaging but there are some pitch problems, easy to fix. Good use of reverb. It's just on the right side of the line between enough and too much.
Write a chorus for it, then take it from there.
