I'm fairly new to recording, and would like your insight as to how I can improve this.

It's one minute long. I used EZ Drummer, a Fender Squier P-Bass Special, a Gretsch 6120-SSLVO Brian Setzer model guitar, and a Mesa/Boogie F-30 guitar amp. Mic was a Shure SM57 into an M-Audio Firewire 1814, and the recording program was Protools M-Powered 7.3.

Thanks in advance for your insight. I appreciate honesty.

Just kidding, Troy!!

Where's the song..on your desktop...or on the net somewhere??

I 'll try to help you.

I posted a link in the initial post. Sorry for the confusion. I was hoping no one would see the thread before I got the song up.

I reckon you can start by panning stuff out of the center! I think the bass and guitar[s?] are on one another.

Maybe add some cymbals to the EZ kit?

Record something, every day, for a few years, and you'll know what you need to know.

Program 'mfpmp.exe' cannot start due to restrictions

Why is ACIDplanet trying to grab a DRM system hook? Can you put it on Soundclick or direct-link an MP3 or something?
