Small female xlr adapter for sennheiser md441

Hi friends, I've got a sennheiser md441 and regular female xlr cable ends dont fit in these, the small cable/adapter that came with this mic has shorted out, can anyone tell me the proper name for these cables? Or better send me a link to buy one? Any help appreciated

Make sure you're getting the right thing as there are different sizes of tuchel.
