small (37 to 49 Key) MIDI controller keyboard with DIN5/180° connector

The controllers I was able to find only seemed to have a USB interface. I think I'd like to have one that at least would give me the option of using the original DIN5 interface. Do these keyboards generally have the DIN5 interfance even if it doesn't seem to be advertised? Might anyone here be able to provide me with some product names? Ideally it would be less than $120, and as the title meantions somewhere in the vicinity of 37 to 49 keys.
