Single coil, I need a Powerful/clean/rich one.

I have a Kramer that has the H-H confuguration, and I want to put a single in the neck.

This Carvin XV112 is the Bomb, I will never sell it.

I have been playing a humbucker and it's been great, but today I plugged in my kids mini strat with a single in it and I was getting chili Pepper/Surf/SRV tones out of that little thing on the clean channel. I have to get a single coil in my guitar pronto.
 
Why not install a humbucker with a coil tap? Best of both worlds and no modifications to your hum route!

And yes sir you are correct....... singles have a lot more room for emotion and dynamics than a bucker. While a humbucker works perfect for alot of things, the older I get, the more I gravitate to singles.
