I read the faqs. I have an Audio Technica 2020 condenser mic which goes into a little unit called a Berhringer Ultragain, this goes out and is stepped down to 1/4', then 1/8' then into my macbook.
My question is: Is this a stereo or mono mic? It comes into Garageband only on the left channel and I don't think I set that way. The same is true on my nephew's Soundtrack app.
I know nothing of recording, and less of equipment. It's just a hand-me-down and I like leaving it to record the sounds of the neighborhood, etc. And maybe ghosts.
