simple free drum tracks to play to?

Hello

anyone know a place to download some good simple free drum tracks?

so i can just import the mp3 track to cubase, and then start recording some guitar, piano, vokals and bass afterwords.

i guess the best is to make your own midi drum loop and work from there, so i can adjust tempo etc. but for now, i would like to just get started and throw a premade drum track in there.

it could also be cool if there was a program, where you could just choose from alot of different premade drum tracks, and adjust tempo. And then export it, as a mp3 file, so i don't have to work with midi, which i'm not fund of..

any suggestions?
or should i just get to know the midi stuff and make my own drums with ezdrummer or what it's called?
