On my cheap work speakers, (all speakers' response seem valid to me), the vocals sound pretty loud... I would like to hear them lay further back in the mix... Perhaps more towards the center, lower in volume. Instrument wise sounds great though (from what I can hear)... Great work for being a first try... What kinda speakers are you mixing on?

I completley agree.

The vocals themselves sound great (other then being a little on the shrill side) but too loud.

Thanks for the listen and the comments. I figured that the vox might be a little hot.

Is this an EQ thing? if so, do you have any suggestions as to a starting point frequency?
