Hey I wanna know if the sm57 needs +48 volt Phantom power....can anyone tell me it's requirements power wise?

The SM57 is a dynamic mic, it requires no external power of any kind.

Monkey Allen,

The SM57 and 58 are dynamics and do not require phantom power. If connected to phantom power it will not damage these mics but they don't need it.
