Hey thanks. Do you think I would be better off with saving and getting some SM57's and a Beta for the kick?
 
Well that is a tough call for you'll get plenty of mileage out of the PGDMK6 microphone package , But as for me ... I'm spoiled so I would go for the very best right off the bat.
