Shure 55S

So I found an old Shure 55S that used to belong to a church, and they said I could have it (yay), but I was looking at the connections, and it doesn't have an xlr female on it...it looks similiar (still 3 holes) but they're in slightly different positions. I'd estimate the mic to be about 25ish years old.

As I'm younger, I'm not really familiar with anything other than xlr, so does anyone know what this is called? I didn't do a great job describing it, so feel free to ask questions.
