I finally finished it. It's done to the best of my current knowledge. It could probably be better. Nevertheless, I'm proud of the progress.
"The One"

-Verse 1-
He takes pictures
She sells flowers
Golden Gate view
World built for two
-Chorus-
When love has come and gone
(He had enough...)
Waiting to be "the one"
(She'd had enough...)
Tangles, they come undone
(They lost it...)
And it all comes crashing down
-Verse 2-
He drinks whiskey
She stays busy
He stays out late
She locks their gate
-Chorus-
When love has come and gone
(He had enough...)
Waiting to be "the one"
(She'd had enough...)
Tangles, they come undone
(They lost it...)
And it all comes crashing down
-Bridge-
He walks alone searching faces that pass, but they all look the same
She's trying on "something blue" as she tries to remember his name...
His name...
His name.....?
-Verse 3-
Whiskey's misdeeds
Once two, now three
Concrete brick view
In a room built for two
-Chorus-
When love has come and gone
(He had enough...)
Waiting to be "the one"
(She'd had enough...)
Tangles, they come undone
(They lost it...)
And it all comes crashing down...
All comes crashing down...
All comes crashing down
