Should I be Concerned?

Im looking at purchasing the M-Audio Delta 1010LT- So I've been lookin around the net and I found that pretty much everyplace that has it sells it for $379 USD- ...except for Sweetwater.... they want $279...Sooooo... is there anything I should know about that... Is it a refurbished unit maybe... just sounds too good.

So thanks in advance for any of your help- by the way- I heard about Sweetwater fom a post some around here...

hey- thanks jr- does anyone know much about the delta 44- it only has half the ins/outs, but only costs about $30 less- so my logic says maybe what the 44 does have is nicer than the 1010lt- or am i just makin shit up?- thanks
