Short song I did

Hi,

I threw down this song on a Tascam 4-track in about an hour. Has a cello and guitar harmony part bthat goes to it ut I don't have enough tracks to add them yet so maybe I will update this later.

Critique is appreciated and welcomed !! I played a grand piano and drums in this version. The drums need to be tuned a little =)

EDIT: Second try got a download page but one that's unfamiliar to me and asked for a download security OK I didn't give. You might want to post the file to one of the more familiar hosts people here use. Maybe I'm paranoid though.

Yes if you include comming up with the tune, playing it on the piano (i don't even play the piano or have any expierence with it), playing it on the drums (almost no expierence here either) and the rest expirementing with the 4-track. I got it not too long ago. If you just want to be rude get out of my topic.
 
From my perspective the track is pretty rough around the edges performance and mix wise but i really do like the song itself - sounds like it would be great as a film score or similar.
 
The recording is peaking with nasty distortion. It is really hard to get a decent sound out of a piano, especially with not so great equipment. The tune is cool, but needs alot alot of work on the recording/mixing. The timing is out also, but i appreciate that you dont play drums or piano. That piano line reminds me of "Sweet dreams" by the "Eurythmics" a bit.

I guess I was a little rude. Its just dissappointing to have you ask an opinion on something to get to a song that you didn't even barely work on.

I guess I was thinking out loud like "If its not worth your time, then why is it mine".

HOWEVER, I did listen to the song. I thought the song itself was pretty good. The production was pretty rough and there was performance problems (timing etc) through it.
