El Mariachi.

Can I get some feedback on how it sounds? I just bought my first pair of monitors and I'm not sure how accurate they actually are.

Man I love this song. Great recording. I hear a little hiss when I turn it up but I'm sure you don't have the money to buy gear good enough to prevent the hiss. I hear that good mic cables have a lot to do with that though(and mic cables are a lot cheaper than preamps and acoustic rooms). Anyway, great sound. Great playing. The mix is great for just the guitar solo. I don't think it would work if you mixed in other instruments because it's hogging all the bass. GJ :)

Thanks a bunch. It might also be my laptop. Sometimes the fan starts going and it's right by the mics. It could also be the mics, cables, preamp, or something else in my cheap signal chain. :)

Sounds very good. Nice capture. It that a Ramirez git. Sounds very full. Not familiar with the piece. Starts on the four chord huh? Very unusual. I enjoyed it.

No complaints on this one! Sounds great! Very nice and full guitar sound.

COME ON! Wahta re ya doing - TOO SHORT - I was getting into it & nada!
Hey, my silliness aside - it sounds goo though it seems to have a slightly brittle top a big bottom & not much happening in between. You may not have used the D & G strings much & that would expain it somewhat but that's how I heard it.
Hiss - hmm a squillion things may be the issue - it's up to you to isolate what it is & eliminate that from your signal chain.
Good stuff!
