hi all.. just about to purchase a Heil pr20 mic online after hearing so much good things said about them, was wondering if anyone
knew the diameter of this mic so i can order a shock mount for it off the net.I wasn't going to order a Heil one due to the cost so a generic one will do fine... thanks now

Heil PR20 is a handheld dynamic mic. A simple google search would have shown you that its diameter increases gradually from 15/16" to a maximum of 1 5/8" at the capsule. For this type of mic, the simplest thing is to just use this:
