Hi folks!
Here is Shine, the next single from my band One and a half Dog.
Any comments on the mix before it goes to mastering will be appreciated.
And if you could help us suggest wich genre to tag this tune with when uploading to streaming platforms it would be very helpfull.
We are not sure what to call it.............................

 
The drums hits are up masking the vocals. The overall mix needs to louder. The bass needs more presence and you need a deeper accompaniment.
And the vocals - not quite The Cure - need to bring them into the mix - make them part of the song.

The genre is definitely Alt Rock / Alt 80s.
