Hi everyone, I'm a 62 year old guitar player in the Crystal Palace area London,Croydon,I've had an HD16 for about 6 years I love it for demo's and writing but its busted after falling onto the floor curtesy of an clumsy friend, I downloaded the software from Zoom as my original disc was damaged put a new Hard drive in but just keep getting errzzzzzzzz when I boot it up , any one got any idea's that may help
Just checked the zoom download files they are not the recovery disc program, anyone got a hd16 recovery disc to sell?

Well, I'm no expert but I think that your clumsy friend might have dropped it on the floor and busted it.

There's probably something wrong on the inside. Bring it to a music store or an electrician or use your warranty.
