Hi
Im testing a new lcd scrren right now. I want to make cubase use the secondary screen.
I have manage to setup my notebook and the lcd scrren in dual monitor mode. And i have also managed to put cubase in the second screen, by making it a window and dragging it to the other monitor. But this solution wont do, because i want the secondary monitor in my bedroom/studio and my notebook in the living room (because its noisy). But the solution is made so that everytime i call up a new pop-up menu in cubase its on monitor 1 i have to drag it to the second.

How can i make cubase completely setup to the secondary screen or, how can i use single monitor mode with monitor 2.

Thank you
Carsten

you might be ablt to whitch monitors.. so the LCd becomes monitor #1 ..??

I can do that, but in the long run its not optimal. I want it to work all the time, so that i dont have to go into setup every time.

I just realized cubase remembers the setting i choose at last run. So that fx the first time i opened the mixer it would be in screen 1, i then dragged it to screen 2, and now it open up in screen 2, even after i closed down cubase.
So i guess i will have to open every pop-up menu in cubase and move them by hand, or what?

[EDIT]: Is there no way to setup the monitors so that they display the same?

Damn, It was so easy. My radeon had a little icon in the taskbar where i could switch between monitors. Took me 2 hours :o
