Multi Pattern = Bi???
Nope. Like I already said - hermaphrodite. Because that mic has it all! :D

Figure eight only, now THAT's bi!

...and the boundary mic........

all pretty specific, in their own ways!

I think that the boundary mic is female, BTW.

Don't forget the "radioshack" variety, which are kind of like picking up cheap prostitutes, it's all good until they're naked and you realize they are pre-op transvestites...

I think Kenny nailed it. I guess it makes recording quite homoerotic though.:eek:

Tnx

ROTFLMAO - tnx guys, I really needed a laugh and you guys had me rolling!

Now what about the bi-directional mics? Are they bi or just leaning in that direction?

It was just that one time, at recording camp.......

How did this turn into a microphone sexual preference thread?

Definitive answer: In Spanish all nouns, even of inanimate objects, are either male or female.

Anyhow the microphone in Spanish is el Micrófono --- male.

Hey, yeah, good point! What the hell? This is a gender determining thread, not a sexual preference thread....about mics....and thier...uh, sex..ual prefe..

Ok this is regod-damned-diculous.

Give the singer some

I read this thread last week, and now it's totally messed up my singing. I get close to the mic, take a deep breath, open wide, and think "Oh my gawd, what am I doing?????"

My mic has a -10db Restraining Order on me.   (Oh, and your both right about the Nadys.)

However, I believe one of the slang terms for penis is pinga. So smoke that in your pipe and put that in.
