Actually, linking your project in your forum signature is really good for your SEO if you post a lot.

until some disgruntled forum member starts stalking you, then you have to take down all your links, videos, websites, etc. :(
 
I'm starting to hate the word SEO. It's more of a buzzword than a thing to do now a days. It's like if you attempt SEO, it's SEO. Even though it's not "search engine optimizing" ..

SEO has a horrible image which is again why I had to get out that industry.

Oh yeah. I don't recommend actually getting into nightmare world. Sounds awful.

Makes me appreciate the music industry, this industry is much better than people think, at-least from my personal experience.
