Now that's the stuff!!! :D

Love it. Vox is clear and present here.

Nice job!
Cool, that's about as loud as I'm willing to turn up the vox. Some vocals are just hard to make out, ask Mick Jagger.

I do trust Dogman's ears though...Dog's can hear shit we can't. :p

Here's another dog, yeah and guess what, I agree with the dog about the verse vox. They give me the impression you were standing close to the mic singing soft, then moved back and let it out for the prechorus/chorus. You know I'll be the first to say... sometimes buried vox are alright! :D Some vox could just be sung better rather than raised in volume, I've had ones where I could drop the entire music track and I still couldn't understand myself  Anyway, nothing really to nit here man, maybe a little more depth on the guitar leads. Otherwise rock solid, the dogs agree cuz we are dawgs. woof.

That's exactly what I did. I had to. You Dogs really do have good ears....Besides the fact that you stick together like dogshit. :D :p :p :D

Not sure if you have updated since the first version.
Anyway. Drums sound awsome as is the norm with your stuff. I think the vocals are fine my self but. I would personaly like the guitars a little thicker but, that's a double edge sword. Guitars can take up as much room as you let them:D Actually at loud volumes I pretty much lose that complaint and I start to lean tward the verse vocals being a bit louder or a bit added between 2k and 4k.

It really is different depending on the volume. Certainly great at any volume!

Thanx alot Freud...I made the mistake I usually make of mixing a tune almost immediatley after finisheng the last track. I can't imagine the vox being any louder, but I'll have to let it sit and listen again with fresh ears. I do find the guitars can use a bit more prescence, but I don't know if that means volume or thickness.

Thanx alot for your comments. I'll check it out again tomorrow.

Well it's cool as is for sure. I wouldn't add any more hi's to the guitar (my def of prescence) but volume by it's self may cutt it. I'd like to see a hair more around 300hz give or take 100hz, and then a slight volume boost. Real baby step stuff though. Nothing big at all.

Good Night.

Thanx for the tips. I'll definitely take your advice and refer to your post tomorrow when I'm trying to figure out which frequencies to play with. Thanx alot.....and g'nite.

Good advice - Presence usually is about 5K - I certainly wouldn't add any back in - they still bite pretty good......

Rami:

(hey, buddy,as you are working, in 3 or 4 months you are with a new CD...)

I´m listening more as a "curious", far from home and hearing on pc speakers.
But will try some opinion...
(can´t take comments about frequencies at this condictions...)

I like the intro solos, very punchy and expressive (Ace Frehley influences appears, are stronger than you) :D :D :D

LOVE delays/verbs you use on "B" part of your songs, a real "Rami trade mark".

And drum sound ...is even better than before, sounds amazing ...more "on face". Did you change something, mic position? (great and punchy/fat snare drum with excelent dinamics, for example.

Well, Congrats one more time.

Ciro

Finished this yesterday but re-did the drums today. I'm wondering if the drums are too thin. I know I eq'd them a little differently, trying to not make them so fat for this song. Any advice is appreciated as always....thanx, dudes and dudettes. :D  :)
Bass intro is excellent. The rocking, somewhat screaming intro guitar, is just an example of how your playing has evolved, along with your confidence to cut loose on it more.

The drums could use a bit more depth for my taste. Your playing is great and why not flaunt it? I think the bassline could come up in volume a bit more too. I dunno, I just hear a lot of bottom end in this song.

Great vox. Did you double track the vocals for the Chorus?

Kudos RAMI !!!! :) :) :) :)

The player can sometimes go nuts. Make sure it says BETTER WORLD
Well, we all know the player can go nuts....but it has nothing to do with any CD player..... :D :p

Thanx CIRO...Yes, I changed my approach to the drums a bit. I used a high-pass filter on the snare. I think I got a better drum sound than I ever got. Now, I'm going back and listening to my older songs and find they're all way too thick. Now I feel like re-mixing all my songs.

Sorry True...I must have been posting at the same time as you. Thanx alot for the advice. I'll have to listen to the drums again and see if they're not maybe a bit too thin. I'm not sure right now.

I did double-track the vocals in the chorus just to give it more support. I can add bass to the bass, too. I'll probably re-mix this as I always do....Thank you.

You are welkom RAMI...waiting for the re-mix. :) :) :)

Man I like alot! I like that punchy kick. There is nothing I can point out from my spec of experience.

Cool song Rami. I like the softer vox in the verses and the contrast with belting it in the choruses. I got no probs making out the words. Lots of nice little guitar hooks throughout. Drums sound killer, you got a real crack in that snare. See this is what I'm talking about, those are honest drums. You've got the chops and I love those tom fills, esp that one just before the lead break. Wow, top shelf stuff man, great job
