Seasound Soloist..

Just bought a Seasound Soloist Interface....Was wondering if its any good in your opinions...i reaserched around before i bought and people be giving it some good reviews despite of the company being out of business...So How is the seasound soloist and will it work with my cakewalk homestudio program and my mackie onyx 1220???

Thing is, do you have drivers for your pc's operating system? My memory is that SeaSound went under before they got WDM drivers for Win2000 and XP working properly.
