This is one of the quietest power supplies available, www.silentpcreview.com rates it as number one for silence and cooling. I have tested it against the Antec true power 380 watt and it is a lot quieter (in comparison), the Antec has a slight hum to it, and the only thing you can hear on this is a faint sound of air coming out of the back when your head is right up to it. And that was at full power. It is brand new in the box with manual. I have taken out to test it and it works great, it hasn't even been installed in a computer. Last one on Ebay sold for $103, i will sell for $85 + shipping.
