EMGs are gone, as is the BTS 2-band EQ... instead there is a DiMarzio Model-1, and a Fender Noiseless Jazz at the bridge. The pickguard is Lauan plywood with Epoxy, painted Rustoleum "Heirloom White".

The back features a strap-jig of 3/4" steel stock, milled and set into a 1/8" channel at the neck-heel. this, along with the new position of the rear strap-button, makes for excellent balance, and an option of a near-vertical playing position. This eases up on the twisting-action the left wrist can experience from the standard 45-degree playing position.

The knobs are from an old Peavey 8-channel mixer, and the switch is just for fun (Lee Sklar's "Producer Switch"!).

This bass is a sweetie of a player, and the chassis is solid- the reason I went into mod-ville with it. It's an integrally sound instrument, even with all that scarring under the pickguard! But I make no bones about it, it's a player's bass, and was never intended by me to remain a "saleable piece". Needs have arisen, and it's for sale. The only other bass I have, that I happen to like better, is the keeper.

I'm listening to offers, and would take a Zoom H2 Handy recorder straight-up in trade. Thanks for looking!
