I've owned 3 schecters, 2 basses and the Schecter classic 6 string. All are top quality gear. The Classic is especially sweet (rivals my LP Studio). Pick one up, you won't be sorry

It sounds really great now. A very modern agressive tone, which is a good slight change from my vintage sounding Les Pauls and SG. Those #7 pickups are awesome! I added a set of Gibson amber speed knobs, too, and removed the chrome ones which I thought were just a bit too much for me. It turned out nicely:

You can buy the baseline Ibanez G10 for under $100 and it plays better than those things. I don't want to be bias, but I think that they are just a new trend. NOT VERY SPECIAL AT ALL. thats just my opinion...
