Scarlett 8i6 tutorial?

Ok, I just bought a Scarlett Focusrite 8i6.
I want to record and mix guitar and vocals. I have been an electrical contractor for 28 years, So I think I have a brain.
I am new to this technology. After hours of trying to figure this out I am stumped. No instructions with the 8i6. Wording and abreviations that I have no clue as to what they mean.
Youtube tutorials that don't help.

My question is, is there a tutorial for the 8i6 for beginners?

I assume if there was you would have found it by now.

Describe what you're trying to do, exactly, with what equipment, into what DAW and I'm sure our friendly staff will be able to sort you out. I'm not a user of this particular beast but I know there are a couple around here.

What isn't working? Or is that everything?
